My bootlid was repaired back in 2003, but the filler used has cracked over the years. I picked up a spare lid on a scrapyard trip in 2015, so it was finally time to get it resprayed and fitted. Part one covers stripping the fittings from the spare lid, and part two covers fitting it to the car. You’ll need an assistant, a selection of screwdrivers, an 8mm socket, a 13 or 14mm socket and a 13mm spanner.
